A set of reagents for multiplex analysis of 18 microsatelite cattle markers.
The set is intended for the molecular genetic characteristics of cattle in order to analyze kinship and DNA individualization of animals based on multiplex PCR analysis 18 locus, containing short tandem repeats (STR).
Cordis Cattle Plus set is a multiplex test system of 18 STR locuses. 12 of them make up the standard marker panel , recommended by the International Society of Animal Genetics (International Society of Animal Genetics – ISAG): ETH3, INRA023, TGLA227, TGLA126, TGLA122, SPS115, ETH225, TGLA53, BM2113, BM1824, ETH10, BM1818. In addition, The set includes six additional high -polymorphic microsatelite locus of recommended food and agricultural organization of united nations (FAO): SPS113, RM067, CSRM60, MGTG4B, CSSM66 и ILSTS006. All these loci are tandem dinucleotide repeats.
