We are pleased to offer services for the genotyping of biological material using our multiplex test systems for the identification of human and animal DNA. . We guarantee high quality, efficiency and complete confidentiality of research.

TYPING OF HUMAN CELL LINES

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • preparation of extracted DNA in TE buffer
  • cell suspension, or cell debris

SCOPE OF ANALYSIS

  • Preliminary preparation of the DNA sample for the analysis (DNA extraction)
  • PCR
  • Capillary electrophoresis
  • Primary analysis of the results obtained (genotype determination)
  • Comparative analysis of the obtained data (comparison of genotypes with the ATCC cell database, conclusion)

The terms of the study from the moment of receipt of payment from 5 business days.

HUMAN BIOMATERIAL TYPING

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

Human buccal epithelium, dried on a cotton swab (at least two swabs for each subject), or a preparation of extracted DNA in a TE buffer.
