This lytic reagent is intended for implementation of express protocols for determining kinship, as well as screening and population studies.
PCR-compatible detergents, included in COrDIS SPRINT, ensure high efficiency of cell material lysis and inactivation of intracellular nucleases. The resulting DNA samples are suitable for PCR with all kits for amplification of COrDIS STR markers without having to measure the DNA concentration first.
